It is a purgative plant. In case of intestinal strictures, acut intestinal inflammations, during period, pregnancy and breast-feeding it is not recommended to use. Not suitable for children. (www.hazipatika.hu)

Suggestion of preparation: Pour approx. 2 dl hot water on a teaspoonful drug (1-1,5g). Cover the infusion and leave it covered for 5 minutes. You can flavour the tea with honey or drink an unflavoured one. As a longterm treatment it can’t be proposed.
